How do the customer points work?
For each dollar you spent, you earn one customer point while being logged into your account. You can redeem these points on the checkout page to get a discount on future purchases. Collected points will expire after one year due to GDPR, so you have to redeem your points before they expire.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password if you are unable to log into your account by going to the lost your password page. If you have access to your account, you can change your password at the my account page.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
We always send a payment confirmation to the email address you provide us while checking out. Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email from us. You can add us to your contact list to ensure you receive future updates.
Are there any risks involved when using your service?
No, there are no risks involved when using our services.
How can I submit multiple songs?
You can submit up to 10 links on the checkout page for each order. We distribute the service you purchased throughout all the links you submit. However, you can use the order notes field also when you have a specific distribution request.

How can I submit a list of comments?
You can upload a list of comments on the product pages. A upload form appears when you enable the tickbox upload comments. We can only accept the following file types due to possible security risks: txt, pdf, doc, pages, docx, odt, xlsx, xls, xlsb, and xlsm.
